A hidden gem in Penang

The room offered a great view, and the convenience of nearby food options was a delight. The rooftop restaurant provided a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring.

The front desk staff seemed preoccupied and unfriendly at times. I also noticed the corridors could use some freshening up.

The hotel was newly renovated, with magnificent location right in the centre of georgetown. Location: the venue was close to local coffee shop and sup hameed, restaurants, and town center. Found a place called Kimpo Famous Roasted, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel, ate there a few times. Value for money, I liked this place and would recomand to others...

We stayed in a spacious Premier Beautiful Room with two queen size beds, perfect for our family. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore George Town. My sister and I enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor, offering a lovely bay view.

My kids wished there were more fun activities for them to enjoy.

Got new-fashioned, recently renovated room with basic amenities. The location was favourable, in the Georgetown district and near a bus stop.

Great location with comfy stay

The room was really spacious and comfy. It got good air conditioning. The panoramic view at brekkie was cool! It's super close to food stalls and buses for exploring George Town. Just wish the wifi was better, though. Staff were friendly, but the morning rush at breakfast was a bit hectic.

The view from the breakfast room was truly stunning, overlooking the bay 🌅. Room was nice but too much noise from outside – it disturbed my sleep sometimes.

Our Grand Superior Room had cozy beds, and the view over the bay from the breakfast area was perfect. Breakfast was great for just RM20 per person, offering both local and English dishes. The location is ideal for exploring, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. Just be aware, the parking is cashless but very secure.

One downside was the check-in experience. The receptionist was not cute and seemed quite busy.

Superb location near famous Blue Mansion and a bustling food park just minutes away. Spacious dining area on the top floor with a nice view.

In my two nights, I faced noise complaints from the nearby eatery, with sounds lingering well past midnight. Bathroom conditions left something to be desired with a leaky faucet, and the absence of basic toiletries such as shampoo and soap was a hassle.

The breakfast experience was really good, highlighted by beautiful sea views and well-prepared meals. The staff's hospitality was notable. They went out of their way to accommodate a quieter room for my family. The absence of Ethernet jacks for personal devices was a letdown, and parking, while manageable with the help of the guards, felt limited. The noise from the surrounding area disrupted our peace during the night.
